Hello beautiful one,
Opening to what wanted to be shared this week, my mind bounced around to many things – not settling on any one.
As I sat outside, sipping tea I allowed myself to drop fully into the moment.
Becoming quite present – the words fell away and a deep, nourishing Silence enfolded me.
A perceivable shift arrived with the Breeze.
The intense new-growth Spring green surrounding me filled my being with well-being.**
Birdsong filled the air.
I wished in that moment that I could share the utter perfection of my inner experience with you.
The urge to sound came over me and as I sang – the desire to sing for you arose as well.
Before I could allow the voice of doubt to slow me down I went upstairs grabbed my microphone and the ***Emerald Crystal Bowl, cleared a space in the back porch and once again settled deeply within myself.
I sang.
The birds sang.
Even my friend the chameleon – who seems to chime in only as a confirmatory signal – joined in with her blessing toward the end.
A beautiful Swallowtail butterfly flew by swooping and dancing as I finished.
Communion happened.
Transmission happened.
For you. For me. For Life herself.
I chose to trust the movement of Life, the inspiration arising within in, even as the mind piped in and said – you can always delete it.
And then something quite startling – at least to me – took place.
I went inside to listen to the completed recording.
And as I did my heart opened.
Life water flowed.
I was quite touched by what I received.
From myself. From the birds and other beings. From Silence. From Life.
Sometimes – often – words get in the way of what wants to be shared.
Expressed.
Opened to.
Lived.
Today – as it happens – is the sixth Anniversary of what I have come to call ‘The Event.’
‘The Event’ was a three day experience of death, rebirth and release that became a decided demarcation line and doorway into something altogether different from what had been previously in this life.
As I once spontaneously said to another human –
“Everything that came before is absolutely irrelevant to what is now.”
This sixth Anniversary feels as though it is holding open yet another doorway – as the spiral of transformation and evolution opens to an even deeper, more expansive circling round.
So when I looked at the label GarageBand gave the song – I smiled.
Today’s date and the time of completion – 4/4/26 – 11:11AM.
I offer you…

My sense is it too is a doorway.
