What is Energy Alignment?

As we come together to work, we uncover the foundational issues that are blocking the free expression of your own brilliant self . Through a unique synthesis of ancient and modern wisdom you become aware, transformed and free of those wicked hijackers of joy and purpose. In a container of compassionate grace, the experience is safe, fun and filled with ease. Using my spiritual gifts of reading and working with energy you connect with the hidden dimensions of your own precious gifts and talents. This individual style of Energy Coaching teaches you to listen to your own inner language of communication and facilitates a shift into kindness and compassion for self and others.

Opening...This work begins with creating a container of safety. Opening hooks you up to your own higher states of consciousness.This is where all the real solutions are found. Opening allows the nervous system to deeply settle. You move out of fight or flight and defense and into a place of rest and openness. You cannot truly heal, grow or transform when you are in a defended state. With this level of safety created in Opening you can easily let go of whatever is blocking your deepest desires for healing and creating in your life. With safety you are also able to open and fully receive what you DO want.
Next Healing Chambers are brought in. These lift out the old patterns that are no longer needed, or are impeding you from moving into balance and creating what you really want for yourself. These patterns may be energetic, mental/emotional, physical or spiritual.The Healing Chambers also bring their own unique qualities with them to work with you.
Now Intention is brought into this clear energetic field. This is where the Energy Coaching session itself is brought in.
We finish with Mastery. This updates your energetic reference points with the new order and organization of the work that has been done. It also smooths things out and is very grounding. This is what makes the shifts lasting and permanent.
After your session the energetic work is complete.
In the coming days and weeks old patterns continue to lift. They come into conscious awareness, and are able to release and move out. These can be old limiting beliefs and stories about yourself. Emotions that have crystallized and then manifested in a variety of ways to block your joy and deepest free expression. Physical issues that have caused distress, disease and discomfort may shift dramatically. Often times old shock and trauma that has gotten stuck and halted your own natural healing process and forward movement simply vanishes. All of this happens in the exact right and perfect order for you. Accessing your own deepest, innate, healing wisdom, in prefect right timing you come into deeper alignment with yourself.
